Totally reminds me of the meals that my da...Oh Yum! Totally reminds me of the meals that my dad used to make us when Mom was gone. Except, you have to fry the bologna until it is really crisp. Then you add it to the egg mixture. And, to give it added pizazz, you can also skip putting the fried bologna in the eggs, and instead put it between 2 slices of toast that has been spread with butter AND grape jelly. MMMM MMMM GOOD!
