White Trash Recipe of the Week

Chicken Tetrazzini

*Don't be dismayed, this is the WT version.

1 large can of chicken
Spaghetti noodles
Sprinkling Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 375. Boil the spaghetti noodles. I don't really measure how much, just grab a couple of handfuls, break them, and dump in pot. When noodles are done, drain, and place in casserole dish. Open can of chicken and drain out the water then add to noodles. Open can of cream of chicken soup and add to noodles. Get the sprinkle Parmesan cheese and sprinkle in as much as you like. (I prefer a lot). Mix it up. You can also add a layer of Parmesan to the top to make it fancy. Bake until the topping is brown and heated through, usually about 20 minutes. Packed with calories and fun!

ok, your got me at white trash It actually sounds good and Im gonna try it....20 minutes you say?...cant beat that.

Jason, that was pretty funny. I've never seen that clip before. She must have been using my recipe.

John, it is good and I make it every other week. Only the noodles really need cooking, the rest just needs to be heated in the oven.
