White Trash Recipe of the Week
Poor Man's Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
1 large can of beef stew
1 can of Pillsbury (or generic) biscuits
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 375. Dump the can of beef stew into a casserole dish. Place the biscuits on top of the beef stew. Cook until the biscuits are done.

Oh Yum!! This sounds way better and way tastier than how I usually make it. I use mashed potatoes on top, but I like your idea better! :)
Sounds good! I made it the old fashioned way once. Presented some on a plate to Hubs and he asked, "What is that?" I proudly said, "It's Shepherd's pie!" He said, "Good, feed it to the da*n shepherds then!" ROFL
This sounds super good and I'm white(ish) trash so I'll be lovin' it!
I'm glad everyone likes my recipe. It's not bad and it's easy and cheap. Two important factors for any of my meals.
